I forgive you: Chapter 52
Harry's POV
When we flooed back to Arthur's house, Bill and Charlie were waiting for him.
As soon as Arthur stepped in the house, they hugged him, and by extension,
Fabian and Gideon.
"Dad, who are they?" Bill asked.
"They are your uncles, Fabian and Gideon Prewetts,
Bill. They might become your fathers later." He said.
"So, we won't have Mother anymore?" Charlie
asked excitedly.
"Yes, Charlie. You won't have Molly as your mother
anymore. But can I ask why you are happy with her gone." Arthur asked.
"She is not nice. She always scolds Fred and George
and never listens to Bill and Charlie. She never cared for me. She only looks
after Ron and Ginny." Percy said.
They were still five, seven, and nine year olds. Yet they
could feel the difference in treatment. What did they go through before?
When we walked inside, Arthur helped Fabian and Gideon to
sit on the couch.
Fred and George were looking at Fabian and Gideon with
curiosity. They had not seen any other set of twins, so they were curious.
Fabian and Gideon beckoned Fred and George towards them.
When Fred and Goerge walked to them, they lifted the kids and let them settle
in their lap.
Fabian asked, "Do you find us interesting?"
Fred and George nodded.
Gideon laughed and said, "How about we stay with you
from now on?"
Fred and George nodded enthusiastically. Bill liked the
Prewett twins. So did Charlie and Percy. The twins were nice to them.
Fabian called Bill, Charlie, and Percy to them and asked
them to sit on the couch with them. While Bill and Charlie sat on the hand
rest, Percy had managed to squeeze himself between them.
"What do you three kids think? Would you like us to
stay with you?" Gideon asked.
Bill, Charlie, and Percy thought for a while and gave
small nods.
Fabian and Gideon hugged all the Weasley children present
there.
All of us heard a cry coming from upstairs. It must have
been Ronald or Ginerva.
Arthur walked upstairs and got both Ronald and Ginerva
downstairs. I tried not to scowl at them, but I couldn't hide it.
"I know it is hard to see them again, Harry, but can
you bear with them for me?" Arthur asked.
I nodded.
"I will hand them over to Aberforth Dumbledore,
Albus Dumbledore's brother. They are his niece and nephew. He might look after
them. He had lost his son during Gellert Grindelwald's time. He loves
children." Arthur said, with tears flowing down his eyes.
Bill and Charlie hugged him.
"We will give them to Aberforth after we decide if
he is fit to look after them. They are still your adopted kids, Arthur. Do not
do this for us. Tell us, do you really want to give them away?" The
Prewett twins asked.
Arthur shook his head. "They might not be mine by
birth, but they are mine now. I do not want them to be away from me." He
said.
"Then they will be ours now, Arthur. We will get
married after we recover. We shall be adopting all the Weasley children, and
that includes Ron and Ginny." The twins said.
Arthur walked to them and gave Ron and Ginny to Bill and
Charlie so that he could hug his going-to-be-husbands.
Fred and George, who were still on Fabian and Gideon,
hugged Arthur as well, to which Arthur and the Prewett twins laughed.
Severus, Remus, Moiz, and I, along with the Malfoys, bid
the Weasleys goodbye and apparated to Slytherin Manor on the islands.
When we walked inside, we felt that Alice and Frank were
already there. When we walked into the lounge, Sirius flooed into the Manor.
"So, how did it go?" Moiz asked.
"It went well." Frank said. Then he pointed at
the room adjacent to the lounge when three people walked in.
"Rabastan, Rodolphus, Barty, it is good to see you
again." Severus said. He handed me over to Remus and walked to them along
with Lucius.
"Frank Longbottom refused to say anything to us
except that we didn't do anything wrong and that we didn't deserve to be thrown
into Azkaban. Can the two of you explain what is happening?" Barty asked.
